The impact cumulative PTSD has on emergency dispatchers is significant. Left unrecognized and unaddressed, the entirety of a dispatcher's health, as well as morale, can be adversely impacted. We will learn not only how to identify this issue, but how to mitigate its negative impact and how to make choices in all areas to prevent future instances.
